【功能描述】

3500/32 125712-01 本特利內(nèi)華達(dá) 3500 系列振動監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)

我們在 04 機(jī)組安裝的 MarkVie 控制系統(tǒng)和本特利內(nèi)華達(dá) 3500 系列振動監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)之間經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)通信故障。在提到的情況下觀察到：

HMI 相關(guān)屏幕上沒有可用的振動數(shù)據(jù)。（參考附截圖）

MKVIe 本地和遠(yuǎn)程 HMI 提供渦輪機(jī)、相關(guān)輔助設(shè)備和過程監(jiān)控和操作參數(shù)。（參考附件截圖）

這個故障在所有四臺機(jī)器上一個接一個出現(xiàn)，時間段不到一個小時。參考 警報和控制器診斷屏幕截圖。

安裝在本特利內(nèi)華達(dá)的 EGD 通信網(wǎng)關(guān)模塊通信 LED“OFF”和 OK LED 在一臺設(shè)備上開始閃爍。此外，安裝在本特利內(nèi)華達(dá)的 EGD 通信網(wǎng)關(guān)模塊通信 LED“亮”，其他 03 單元的 OK LED 呈綠色亮起。

在 WorkstationST Monitor 狀態(tài)下，EGD 服務(wù)器的服務(wù)運(yùn)行正常。（參考隨附的 WorkstationST 屏幕截圖）。

所有以太網(wǎng)電纜似乎都正常，并且相信此通信問題沒有硬件問題。

ENTLY 3500/32 125712-01 脹差軸向位置模塊，接受來自內(nèi)華達(dá)接近傳感器的輸入信號，條件提供各種振動和位置的測量，并比較條件的用戶可編程的警報信號。用戶可編程的3500/40m的3500架配置每個通道軟件來執(zhí)行下功能：徑向、振動、推力、位置、脹差。

注：監(jiān)測通道是對的，可以在一個時間內(nèi)完成這些功能的兩個功能。通道2和1可以執(zhí)行一個功能，而通道3和4執(zhí)行另一個（或相同的）功能。

3500/40m監(jiān)測的主要目的是提供：

1。通過不斷比較與配置監(jiān)測參數(shù)警報設(shè)定為驅(qū)動警報機(jī)械保護(hù)。

2。對操作和維護(hù)人員的基本機(jī)器信息。

每個通道，根據(jù)配置，通常情況下，其輸入信號的各種參數(shù)稱為“靜態(tài)值”。用戶可以配置每個活動的靜態(tài)值和危險值為主動靜態(tài)值的任何兩個警報設(shè)定值。

3500/45位置顯示器

3500/32 125712-01 Bentley Nevada 3500 Series Vibration monitoring system

There are frequent communication failures between the MarkVie control system we installed in Unit 04 and the Bentley Nevada 3500 Series vibration monitoring system. In the cases mentioned, it was observed that:

There is no vibration data available on the HMI-related screen. (See attached screenshot)

MKVIe local and remote HMI provides turbine, associated auxiliary equipment and process monitoring and operational parameters. (See attached screenshot)

The glitch appeared one after the other on all four machines over a period of less than an hour. Refer to the alert and controller diagnostics screenshots.

EGD Communication Gateway module installed in Bentley Nevada Communication LED "OFF" and OK LED started flashing on one device. In addition, the communication LED of the EGD communication Gateway module installed in Bentley Nevada is "on", and the OK LED of the other unit 03 is green.

In the WorkstationST Monitor state, the EGD server is running properly. (Refer to the attached screenshots of WorkstationST).

All Ethernet cables appear to be working properly and there is believed to be no hardware issue with this communication issue.

Connect the Bently Nevada Rack configurator utility (installed on a separate laptop as an engineering workstation) and verify that all readings on the BN channel are available and that all modules are in good condition, so the unit is running online. In addition, the EGD communication gateway is in an "abnormal" state when verified by the configuration utility. (Refer to the attached EGD screenshot)

The ENTLY 3500/32 125712-01 differential axial position module accepts input signals from Nevada proximity sensors, provides measurements of various vibration and position conditions, and compares the conditions to user-programmable alarm signals. The user programmable 3500/40M 3500 frames are configured with each channel software to perform the following functions: radial, vibration, thrust, position, expansion.

Note: The monitoring channel is right and can accomplish two functions of these functions in one time. Channels 2 and 1 May perform one function, while channels 3 and 4 perform another (or the same) function.

The main purpose of 3500/40m monitoring is to provide:

1. Mechanical protection for driving alarms is set by constantly comparing and configuring monitoring parameters for alarms.

2. Basic machine information for operators and maintenance personnel.

Each channel, depending on the configuration, typically has various parameters of its input signal called "static values". The user can configure the static value and danger value for each activity to any two alert setpoints for the active static value.

3500/45 position display

The 3500/53 modules can be combined into a two out of two or two (recommended) system.

Redundant power supply in 3500 includes overspeed detection system use requirements.
