The FCP280 reliably performs regulation, logic, timing, and sequential control as well as data acquisition, alarm detection, and notification. Its patented fault-tolerant design provides maximum availability and uninterrupted operation.

The FCP280 was developed from earlier Foxboro automation platform hardware and is compatible with these hardware. The FCP280 offers twice the capacity and three times the performance of older controllers - even in the most demanding applications, with improved performance and better value for money.
