Introduction: The module involved in this paper is developed and produced by ABB company, model KUC321AE. Designers have taken into account a variety of different needs of the industry environment, hereby developed a powerful and efficient and stable integrated control module, designed to provide a solution to many industrial processes and equipment regulation problems.
Text: Firstly, the main electrical parameters of the module are analyzed in detail. From our research, we learned that this module can operate on a 24-volt DC power supply, has a rated output current value of up to 10 amps, and is capable of operating in a wide temperature range from -40°C to +70°C. Secondly, comparing the different features, we found that the KUC321AE module has a compact appearance of 100 mm ×50 mm ×30 mm. Moreover, given the ease of combination in practical operation, this compact structure makes it take up little space yet powerful. In addition, although the module is small and compact in appearance, it enjoys IP20 level protection.
