The 369-HI-R-M-0-0-0-E is part of the General Electric Multilin 369 series of motor management relays. The 369 model and its upgrades and accessories are about to be discontinued and are in final purchase condition. Some upgrades, such as conformal coatings that act as protection against corrosion, heat, dust and moisture, can still be added after the product line is discontinued.
Multilin's 369-HI-R-M-0-0-0-E is designed to protect and control the motor and its accompanying components. 369 does this through a variety of built-in features, some of which include:
Metering: The 369 can monitor quantities such as voltage, watt, frequency and energy, and generate protection functions based on the generated value data.
Activity logging: Immediately after tripping, the 369 can report the cause of tripping, as well as the temperature and data values at the time of tripping, enabling users to analyze problems occurring in the system.
Pre-trip alert: When caused by ground failure, mechanical blockage, RTD overheating, etc., the 369 can notify the user before tripping.
Motor health reports: Relays can use learned information and a history of system trips to determine where maintenance may be needed.
Oscillogram: Three waveform records are triggered when tripping and 16 data cycles are captured. During this process, both the phase and ground currents and the contact input state are captured.
