The MOTOROLA MVME147S is a dual-height VME module that is best suited for 32-bit VMEbus systems with P1 and P2 backplanes. The module is powerful with large onboard shared RAM, serial port, and Centronics printer port. The module provides a SCSI bus controller with DMA, floating point coprocessor, tick timer, watchdog timer and clock/calendar time with spare battery, 2KB static RAM with spare battery, 4 ROM slots and A32/D32 VMEbus interface with system controller function.
The MVME147S can be run as part of a VMEbus system with other VME modules such as RAM modules, CPU modules, graphics modules, and analog I/O modules.
