The Triconex 3625C1 is a basic digital input module that plays a key role in field applications.
The core feature of this module lies in its efficient communication mechanism. The communication (COMM) bus of the 3625C1 runs at 2 megabits per
second between the main processor and the communication module, ensuring high speed and accurate data transfer. This efficient communication
mechanism is essential for industrial automation and control systems, which can significantly improve the response speed and stability of the system.
The Triconex 3625C1 also excelled in power distribution and regulation. The power supply of the chassis is distributed on two independent power guide
rails in the center of the backplane, ensuring a stable supply of power. Each module draws power from two power rails through dual power regulators,
which enhances power redundancy and improves system reliability. At the same time, there are four sets of power regulators on each input and output
module, respectively for channels A, B and C, as well as status indicator leds, to ensure the stable operation of each part.
Another distinguishing feature of the Triconex 3625C1 is its flexible input and output mechanism. Each I/O module transmits signals to or from the field
through its associated field terminal components, enabling real-time acquisition and processing of field signals. In addition, two locations in the chassis
are connected together as a logical slot, with the first location holding the active I/O module and the second location holding the hot standby I/O module,
