SCXI-1193 is a multiplex switch module.
The SCXI-1193 is a 32-channel high density RF (radio frequency) multiplexer switch module that is available in a variety of configuration modes and can be configured as
an unterminated multiplexer, an externally terminated multiplexer, or a sparse matrix of various sizes. Each configuration can withstand signal frequencies from DC (direct current)
to more than 500 MHz.
The SCXI-1193 module uses high-density propelling MCX connectors for discrete but manageable wiring and is primarily used to integrate high frequency devices such as the
PXI-5404 frequency generator and the PXI-5112 high-speed digitizer.
Regarding its technical specifications, the SCXI-1193 has an RF carrier power range of 10 watts to 500 MHz (per channel) and a total RF power consumption limit of 7 W, which
is valid over the entire ambient operating temperature range. In addition, the module also covers a number of characteristics related to resistance and power consumption.
During the life of the relay, the resistance usually remains low, but at the end of the life of the relay, the contact resistance quickly rises above 1.0ω.
