The 0-60031-5 is a circuit board, used as a component in its various drive systems, most commonly the 

Automate series drives, and the 0-60031-5 is considered an obsolete part and is no longer produced.

The 0-60031-5 is a parser and driver I/0 PMI module that has an attached narrow panel with two female 

plug connectors in its lower half. These are labeled "parser feedback" and "drive.
